To give you a sense of how we work, here are a few projects from elsewhere in Washington. In Seattle, we designed an addition to a 100-year-old Craftsman house for a growing family, preserving the Craftsman style and separating the addition from the existing house with a glass hallway. In Bellevue, we added a new owner's suite to an existing midcentury modern home in the Beaux Arts neighborhood. At Wollochet Bay in Gig Harbor, we remodeled a 1940's bungalow, reusing the existing footprint and structure to modernize the interior.
Our services include feasibility studies, site analysis, permit drawings, construction drawings, interior design, and 3D modeling. We also design additions such as home offices, mother-in-law suites, and ADUs. Services are tailored project by project, and we work closely with each client from the first call through the final construction drawing.
