Elevated above a natural meadow, the home minimizes site disturbance while capturing expansive views of Lake Chelan and the surrounding hills — a design approach that defines our work across Chelan County and North Central Washington.
The architecture combines clean lines, natural materials, and a restrained palette of wood, glass, and steel. Floor-to-ceiling glazing maximizes daylight and passive solar gain, while deep roof overhangs provide shading during hot Central Washington summers.
