Mazama is in Okanogan County, Washington, and Refine Design Architecture works across Washington State, so the Architectural Design Process For Custom Home in Mazama is one we can take on with you. We are a collaborative studio of designers and architects focused on residential design, based in the Methow Valley. Our projects span from Seattle, Gig Harbor, and the San Juan Islands to Leavenworth, Chelan, and Winthrop. They include the Winthrop Vista Residence in the Methow Valley, the Chelan Hill Top Studio in Chelan, and the Wenatchee River Cabin in Leavenworth. We haven't listed Mazama projects on this page. What we offer is the same process, applied to your lot and your goals.
That process is hands-on, engaging, and transparent, built around open dialogue. It starts with how you live, then moves through design, permitting, and construction drawings. The Architectural Design Process For Custom Home in Mazama is shaped by you, not by a template. We provide site planning, schematic design, permit drawings, and full construction documentation, and we can stay involved while your home is built.
