Our Seattle work shows what that looks like. For the Seattle Craftsman Addition, we designed an addition to a 100-year-old Craftsman house to accommodate a growing family. A glass hallway separates the addition from the existing house. It brings two new bedrooms, an upstairs owner's suite with vaulted ceilings, and a private courtyard patio reached directly from the kitchen. The existing dining and living space was renovated as well. The design preserves the home's Craftsman style, and Malsam Tsang served as engineer and NW Quality Construction as builder. In the Madrona neighborhood of Seattle, we designed an addition that added a third story to an existing home, with a library at the center of the new floor.
